Olaf is an ITAM Economics undergrad with a profound interest in social issues and economic development. He is assisting TENOLI in the creation of tools that allow us to better understand the depth of problems faced by the storekeepers and in creating socioeconomic profiles of the families we work with.
Kelly is a project manager and professional engineer with diverse international experience in multiple industries and has expertise in planning and leading complex projects, technical solutions as well as organizational and business development. He is assisting TENOLI with developing and implementing processes and procedures to support ongoing operations.
Mara Pinedo Baeza
Graduated from Simon Bolivar University, Mexico City, Mara majored in Design and Visual Communication. She has experience in creation and implementation of “above-the-line” and “below-the-line” communication strategies, event management, partnerships, social network and graphic identity.
Graduated from International economics studies at Maastricht university and Universidad de los Andes (Bogota); economic department of the Dutch embassy in Mexico City; responsible for the PepsiCo Project; data collection and analysis, brainstorming and reporting.
Industrial Engineering at Ecole nationale des Ponts et Chaussées (France) with a specialization in innovation and design thinking. Management consulting in Hong Kong, project in the luxury sector for the roll-out of corporate iPhones to sales staff. Responsible for the development of a Marketplace between mom & pops storeowners and providers.
